Welcome to the Delhi ABC platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online lottery, hourly single-digit draw monitor, and daily 2-digit main draw platform. By registering an account, obtaining a login ID, accessing our web portal, or utilizing our mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions set forth herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing the platform.

To obtain a Delhi ABC Login ID or participate in any platform activities, you must be of legal age (at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction of your residence).

• You represent and warrant that all information provided during onboarding is true, accurate, and current.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of Delhi ABC complies with all local, state, and national laws governing your location.
• Underage participation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of any point balances.

Access to the Delhi ABC betting and administrative engine is organized through a structured agent hierarchy: Administrator → Super Agent → Master Agent → User.

Account sharing, sub-leasing, or transferring login credentials to unauthorized third parties without administrative consent is strictly prohibited.

By placing bids on Delhi ABC, you agree to abide unconditionally by our betting rules and draw mechanics:

• Draw Formats: Hourly draws operate on single digits (0 through 9) across Group A, Group B, and Group C. The daily Main Draw operates on 2-digit combinations (00 through 99).
• Slot Lock Cut-Off Times: Each draw period has a strict cut-off lock window (e.g. 5 minutes before scheduled draw time). Once a slot is locked, no bids can be submitted, edited, or cancelled for that draw.
• Multiplier & Payouts: Winning bids are calculated based on the published group win multiplier (e.g. 9x net profit multiplier for single digits). Payouts include the net winning profit plus the return of the original stake points.
• Voided Bids: Delhi ABC reserves the absolute right to cancel or void any bids placed in violation of system rules, bids submitted after actual result determination due to network latency, or bids placed during technical glitches.

Unlike conventional e-commerce websites, Delhi ABC does not integrate, operate, or offer an online payment gateway system. There are no online credit/debit card payment forms, net-banking checkouts, or automatic merchant charge mechanisms on this website.

For all agent and distributor tiers (Super, Master, and Admin), downline commission accounting is evaluated on an automated weekly cycle:

• Weekly Monday Schedule: Settlements are calculated for all concluded bids of the preceding weekly period (Monday to Sunday).
• Commission Calculation: In winning bids, uplines share commission payouts proportional to downline percentages. In losing bids, downline loss revenue is shared upwards among distributors.
• Sufficient Balance Requirement: Distributors are required to maintain an adequate wallet balance to honor downline member winning payouts and commission liabilities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited across the Delhi ABC network:

Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, tamper with live result feeds, or compromise server infrastructure is grounds for immediate blacklisting and legal referral.

Violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in enforcement actions at the sole discretion of Delhi ABC administration, including:

• Immediate temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user or agent account.
• Cancellation and forfeiture of all bids placed under fraudulent or unauthorized conditions.
• Freezing or revoking of associated wallet point balances.
• Delhi ABC reserves the right to initiate civil and criminal legal proceedings against individuals or entities engaged in fraudulent activities.

While Delhi ABC makes every reasonable effort to maintain reliable service, accurate result feeds, and real-time updates:

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. Delhi ABC disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss, loss of points, or loss of profits arising out of:

• Internet connection interruptions, telecommunications latency, or device failure.
• Delays in draw broadcasting or server maintenance outages.
• User error, incorrect number selection, or misplaced bids.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from compromised personal passwords or credentials.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Any modifications become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the Delhi ABC platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes your formal and binding acceptance of the revised terms.
